Supporting Future Engineers: Jassen Harris at the Adamson University ECE General Assembly 2025

Last October 8, 2025, the Adamson University Electronics Engineering Department kicked off the academic year with the ECE General Assembly 2025! As a show of support for the Academe, Jassen Harris joined the event by showcasing engineering and educational solutions designed to help students enhance their learning and technical development.

Bringing together ECE students from first to fourth year and the department faculty, the event was filled with energy, recognition, and inspiration. The program opened with the prayer, national anthem, and Adamson Hymn, followed by opening remarks from Engr. Joan D. Sta. Ana, Chairperson of the ECE Department, who encouraged students to stay curious and innovative.

AUECESS President Joshua B. Bacar introduced the organization’s goals and projects, while the newly elected Executive Board 2025–2026 took their oath of office led by Engr. Melannie B. Mendoza, AUECESS Adviser.

Among the event highlights was the series of industry talks, where Mr. Romano M. Quilloy of Jassen Harris Industries Corp. presented the company’s hands-on learning tools and technology-driven resources that support ECE education and help bridge classroom learning with real-world applications.

The keynote speaker, Engr. Harry David D. Menguito, inspired students through his talk “From Membership to Leadership: Growing Through Org Involvement,” emphasizing the importance of growth through participation and leadership.

The program also featured interactive games, performances, and academic recognitions, ending the day on a high note with excitement and camaraderie.

The ECE General Assembly 2025, with the support of Jassen Harris Industries Corp., truly celebrated unity, learning, and innovation — a strong start for Adamson University’s future engineers.
